Rev. Solomon Olugbenga
Mosebolatan PhD JP
Rev. Solomon Olugbenga Mosebolatan is a devoted Christian minister, preacher, author, public speaker, social critic, and ethicist whose life and work have been shaped by a deep commitment to faith, learning, service, and community development. With more than 24 years of experience in Christian ministry and pastoral leadership, he has dedicated much of his life to preaching the Word of God and serving people. He currently serves as the full-time pastor of Trinity Baptist Church, Ilora, Oyo State, where he has faithfully provided pastoral leadership for over two decades.
He is a native of Ilora, Oyo State, where his journey began. His academic and theological pursuits have since taken him through a diverse range of disciplines and institutions. He holds a Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.), Master of Theology (M.Th.), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary, Ogbomoso. He also holds Bachelor of Arts degrees from Ajayi Crowther University and Olabisi Onabanjo University, a Master of Arts (M.A.) from the University of Jos, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from Ekiti State University, and a National Diploma (ND) from the Federal School of Surveying, Oyo
Although his primary calling is rooted in pastoral ministry, Rev. Mosebolatan's influence extends beyond the local church. He is an international speaker who has ministered in Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Togo, and Israel, sharing his message with audiences across different cultural and national contexts. His commitment to service also extends to practical humanitarian intervention. In 2020, he established an empowerment foundation dedicated to supporting individuals and families in need through the distribution of relief materials, grants, and other forms of assistance.
Rev. Mosebolatan is also recognised for his engagement with important social, moral, and ethical issues. As a public speaker, social commentator, and ethicist, he continues to contribute to conversations that affect individuals, families, the church, and society at large. He is also an author whose published works include Four Stages of Marriage, alongside other articles and writings.
He is happily married to Mrs. Olubunmi Esther Mosebolatan, and their union is blessed with four children: AyoOluwa, Akinola, Oluwapamilerinayo, and Oluwafeyikemi.
